Thanks for sharing your blog. I really know how you feel when you speak of not belonging....I must say I never thought transfering to Chico State would put me in the middle of so many college students that are so comfortable with their clicks of friends they don't really care to meet anyone else. Good luck with everything and remember that sometimes you just need to think about yourself!

I am now begining to feel the same way.... after reading a bit more into the book, I do feel as if Ono is opening his mind to new things. Thanks for bringing that to my attention ;)

Bold of you to tell us your story. I too, have a story of my own. I've told it in the past, and it felt great. I've never once said I wished it didn't happen to me, because as you said, you grow from it. I love the person I am today and I believe I have become a better, more mature person because of my highschool moment. It's a pretty good feeling, wouldn't you agree? Thanks again for sharing ;)

Your connection with Ono is really sad! Even though parents don't always do the right things, usually, what won't kill us can only make us stronger, right? Makes me wonder if girls (in this sense) have an easier time growing up....
